Profs take part in Run for Music

The University of Alberta's Augustana campus had good representation at the Run for Music in Edmonton April 21.
The Miltonator (Milton Schlosser), The Rogue (Roger Admiral) and Ardelle Ries made their way through a 10 km course starting from the Royal Glenora Club after collecting pledges that will be directed towards the Augustana choir's international study and performance tour in Hungary.
The Run for Music is a 5 km walk or 5 or 10 km run designed to help choral singers of all ages, conductors of choirs, or anyone devoted to choral music advocate the importance of choral music. The pledges received by participants are split between Edmonton and area choirs and the Alberta Choral Federation, an organization with which Augustana has had a close relationship.
