Railway Museum celebration

The Alberta Central Railway Museum is planning a full day of fun activities for its Railway Day on Sunday, Aug. 19.
The day starts with a pancake breakfast at 10 a.m. and train rides begin at 11:30 a.m.
Other activities include wagon rides, beaver tails, spike pounding, telegraph messaging, railway and model displays. The activities end at about 4 p.m.
The Dynamic band from Millet will be providing music during the day. The railway is located east of Wetaskiwin. From Bittern Lake go west on Highway 13 to the road signs. At Just a Mere farm turn left (south) and follow signs to ACRM.
